Suki Raises $90M Series E to Expand AI Scribe and Add Agentic Workflows

Healthcare AI scribe Suki raised a $90 million Series E led by Healthier Capital, as a source says it projects $60M to $80M in revenue this year.

A doctor in a white coat faces a patient in a bright exam room, giving the patient full attention while a tablet rests on a counter nearby.

Money has entered the exam room, darlings! Suki, the healthcare AI scribe startup, has raised a $90 million Series E, led by Healthier Capital. CEO Punit Soni told Axios Pro that the round is meant to scale the company and add agentic workflows.

The numbers sparkle. Techmeme cites a source saying Suki projects $60 million to $80 million in revenue this year. The company says its platform is used by over 450 healthcare organizations, and Soni says more than 30 health-tech partners license Suki to build their own tools on its underlying AI.

Suki automates aspects of clinical note-taking, revenue cycle management and operational workflows, plus best-practice medical guidance through its recently launched Suki Ask tool. The new capital, Soni says, goes toward using agentic AI to automate some of the tasks that might emerge from a patient encounter. His pitch: "Think of it like a Siri, but for healthcare."

Context: Suki raised a $70 million Series D in October 2024, and a source told Reuters at the time that the post-money valuation was close to $500 million. The cited reports do not specify the Series E valuation or identify other investors in the round. Axios notes the competition is stiff, with incumbents like Epic and Oracle alongside well-capitalized startups.

My take? A $90 million check, a revenue projection that could more than rival last round's size, and a CEO envisioning more clinician time for patients. That is a headline with a bedside manner.

A $60 million to $80 million revenue projection from an unnamed source, and no word on what the scribe's accuracy is. The valuation is also missing, which is a rather important cell in the table.

Zola Kade

Over 450 organizations and 30-plus licensing partners is real deployment. The agentic part is still a promise: the announcement gives no list of which post-visit tasks get automated.
