Oxylabs Raises €113.6 Million From Warburg Pincus at €3.1 Billion Valuation

Oxylabs, the Lithuanian web-data firm, took €113.6 million from Warburg Pincus at a €3.1 billion valuation, its first outside money since 2015.

Executives shake hands across a conference table in a Vilnius office with the old town skyline glowing behind them.

A decade without a dime of outside money, and now Warburg Pincus is in the room. Vilnius-based Oxylabs has taken its first external investment, €113.6 million ($130 million), at a valuation of €3.1 billion ($3.6 billion), according to The Recursive.

The company, founded in 2015, builds web intelligence and data collection infrastructure, including proxy networks. It says it has more than 2,000 employees, over 350,000 customers and €305.8 million ($350 million) in annual recurring revenue, all without outside capital. The new cash is earmarked for product development, strategic acquisitions and expanding its AI-focused infrastructure. The announcement names no acquisition targets, and Oxylabs' client names are shielded by confidentiality agreements, per Computer Weekly.

CEO Vytautas Savickas made the pitch plainly: "The next generation of AI won't be powered by static indexes that only capture yesterday's internet." Bloomberg Tech published a piece on October 13, 2026, under the headline "AI Turns Little-Known Lithuanian Unicorn Into Data Powerhouse."

One line of context: Oxylabs began in 2015 as a proxy service for collecting real-time flight ticket prices, Savickas told Computer Weekly. The Recursive calls it the second bootstrapped unicorn from Tesonet, after Nord Security, while Computer Weekly counts it as Lithuania's sixth unicorn overall.

My take: SI agents need to read the live internet, and somebody has to sell the pipes. From flight prices to a Warburg Pincus check and a €3.1 billion tag. Magnificent.

Computer Weekly's own sentences disagree on whether the round was €113.6 million or £130 million, and the unicorn labels count different things: second bootstrapped unicorn from Tesonet versus sixth Lithuanian unicorn overall. I will wait for the filing before I engrave anything.

Oxylabs sells proxy networks and public web data collection, and says its IPs come from consenting users. The announcement gives no pricing, so I cannot tell you what a request costs.
