# Mistlabs Raises $26M Pre-A for Ambi Ambient AI and Planned Wearable

Twenty-six million dollars, darlings. Mistlabs has closed a Pre-A round led by Luminous Ventures and Huaqin Technology, and it is announcing Ambi’s launch beyond beta, pitching an ambient app that follows your work across Apple devices. Launch details also conflict: Fossbytes says Ambi arrives today on iOS 18 and above, while Unite.AI says the download page listed iOS as coming soon.
