Anthropic says junior staff make up a much smaller share of its new technical hires, and its own researchers have put numbers on it. In a report by Nathan Wilmers, Regina Catipon, Maxim Massenkoff and Peter McCrory, the company says the share of junior technical hires fell from 27% to 9%.
